Track Name: Lost In The Crowd
I'm drinking everyday just to hide the pain, but it turns to hunger. The days drag by there's nothing left to find.
You know I'm not getting younger now. Don't let yourself get lost inside the crowd. Their only getting louder. When all we have is right now. The ground will eat you later. I'm sinking from the weight that's inside my veins, wrapped around a bottle. The days drag by and I still search to find. You know I'm not getting older
now. Don't let yourself get lost inside the crowd. Their only getting louder. When all we have is right now. The ground will eat you later. I'm not growing old
Track Name: Old News
Memories are fading time is wasting. There's no point in ever looking back. Though I miss you I will forget you. It's time to get my real life back on track. I feel it in my bones another night alone. Got a bottle and some blackened lungs in this place I call my
home. I take all the time as I try to walk this line. I slam the breaks on past
mistakes and I hold my head up high. The future's coming fast I can't keep up now. I'll do it my own way, the only way I know how. Moving onto to better days now.No longer on my mind to hold me down. I feel it in my bones another night alone. Got a bottle and some blackened lungs in this place I call my home. I take all the time as I try to walk this line. I slam the breaks on past mistakes and hold my head up high. Memories are fading time is wasting
Track Name: Free Will
I turn the page to another line. I've been through this a thousand times. I
feel my knees as they buckle in. I give way to the coming sin.
Entitled to love every man is. Entitled to free will the only way to live. I
wake up my feet hit the floor, my hand grabs the door now I'm headed to the
liquor store. One more time I promise you. Who the fuck am I making these
promises to? I gave up on all the questions I had yesterday. No sense in
asking when they won't be answered anyway. So take your glass and tilt it
back. Cheers to impending heart attacks. To all the things we love and hate.
To all things I'll never change So take your glass and tilt it back. Cheers to impending heart attacks.
To all the things we love and hate. To all things I'll never change Entitled to love every man is.
Entitled to free will the only way to live.
Track Name: Bridges I Can Burn
Here inside this empty room I'm staring at a screen. At all these empty
promises fake people to be seen. Turn it off I'm running out it's time to hit the streets.
My pockets lined with broken times no place left to retreat.
Don't chalk it down I still got a few more I can burn.
Don't chalk it down there's still so many stones left unturned.
Hit the ground I'm running now no time to slow me down.
I'll pick up the pace I'm working at so I can leave this town. My
pockets may be empty, but still my soul is strong. Write songs about this
empty life while drinking all night long. So chalk it down I'm all out of
bridges I can burn. So chalk it down there's no more stones left to turn.
So chalk it down I'm all out of bridges I can burn
Track Name: I'll Carry You
As I look back on my life these days I wonder where I'd be. If I hadn't
known the life you led, what you saw inside of me. You never fail to enter
my thoughts everyday. You always won the arguments by what you didn't say.
Now your gone I try to move on. Days just drag I sing these songs. I think
about days when you were standing tall. It seems like yesterday I was
staring in your eyes. As you stood upon that roof scared you would fall.
I'll carry you in my heart everyday. Your voice echoes with every word I
say. I'll carry you even if the latter breaks. Through all of my missed steps
through all of my mistakes I'll carry you. You left too soon we're all stuck
here. Get's harder every year. To cope with the lost of best friend. the one
that I held dear. The latter's fixed but your not there. Nor the matting of
your sweet blonde hair. As you tossed and turned your nights away. The
memories they're all I have today. So I'll carry you
Track Name: 11 Won
The past few years I've come to learn. Your worth is weighed by what you
earn. Time will tell as it slips by. Will money possessions control your mind.
Keep love and hate inside your heart don't let this world tear you apart.
Stand against the ones who fear. When revolutions here
They say this ain't a stomping ground. I say we swarm this whole damn town.
Take em' out one by one living like we've just begun. Conviction's strong
and true with us. No laws lies or unjust men can hold me down, break or
bend. These memories that we make together. The past few months I've seen
some things. tears to my eyes they bring. Loved ones lost and new friends
made, but still my days remain the same. I'll speed up now and take the
lead.. Live the life I've always dreamed. Won't full myself another day or
listen to them when they say this ain't a stomping ground. I say we swarm
this whole damn town. Take em' out one by one living like we've just begun.
Conviction's strong and true with us. No laws, lies, or unjust men can hold
me down, break or bend. These memories that we make together. Conviction's
strong and true with us
Track Name: Living Life For 2
We stood as one underneath the sun. For the past 17 years.
Through thick and thin. Through blood and tears
I wake up in the AM and I don't see your missed calls.
I start wondering where I went wrong.
Memories of better days still echo in my mind.
You'd laugh at my bad jokes. Almost every single time
Not a day went by I didn't see a smile written on your face.
These memories they'll never be erased.
Through thick and thin though blood and tears. For the next 17 years.
I'll be singing songs for you.
For all my days I'll change my ways.
Now I'm living life for 2
Track Name: 10 Tons Of Coal
There was a small town in thew mountains. Where they dig for coal. Where men die young and their women they grow old.
The price up here's 10 tons coal, yeah the price up here 10 tons of coal.
Poor Mrs.Carter kissed her last son goodbye. As we lowered him to the grave
you hear her softly cry "Oh my lord why did you have to take his life? He was a good man he led a good life" As we buried his grave deep beneath the
gravel, dirt, and coal. She looked up to the sky as she said "Lord please
don't take his soul for 10 tons of coal" The price down here 10 tons of
coal. So I say listen to me brother, listen to me friend. If you dig for coal
you might meet the good lords end. Listen to my words don't cast them aside.
As those 24 men did those 24 men died. Bodies aligned 10,000 feet or so.
The price of their life just 10 tons of coal.
Track Name: The River
Another day spent drifting down the river of these city streets. Where life
is trapped and bound. One more day to think it out.
The fire in your eyes is fueled with doubt. You come you go like a summer breeze blows. Your in then your out. Now your fueled with doubt
You come you go like a summer breeze blows. So take it out on them. The ones
who will come back again. Then throw it all way. In hopes it floats to the
surface on another day, but not today. The current's moving fast. Will this
ever last long after you make your final plea? Life and friends their the
river. Slowly carving way at me
Track Name: One More Day For Us To Kill
Think of times that we once shared. All the memories can't compare. Moving fast was all we know. Things they haven't their still the same like they were yesterday. Only it was me and you. One more day for us to kill just like all the rest. When days were slow and nights were warm. Had nothing to confess Just one more day for us to kill. Streets we roamed were close to home. No sense in leaving town. All we knew was living fast in the here and now. Given the chance I would go back but I wouldn't change a thing. Relive those days with all my friends and do it all again. One more days for us to kill just like all the rest. When days were slow and nights were warm had
nothing to confess. One more day for us to kill.
I'd give it up for something real
